1. Return Policy

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

2. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is the wrong size or color
  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events
  • Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defects)

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
